Cinema Escape

Cinema Escape is a fun online room escape game, and not too difficult if you're a beginner :)

It has all the familiar ingredients of our beloved cinemas... pieces of popcorn littered around, the odd slice of pizza, and an uneaten hamburger.

But you don't need to worry about any of that - you just have to get out! So explore the cinema's interior and the projectionist's office to find hidden objects that will help you escape.

My Cinema Escape walkthrough is below - but no peeking please unless you've spent at least an hour clicking and puzzling!

Cinema Escape Walkthrough

1. On the first screen, click the key sticking out of the back of a seat.
2. Grab a cable from the close up of the cinema screen.
3. There's a roll of film hiding between some seats near the hamburger.
4. Now navigate to the shot of "enjoy in move" and click the door at the top of the stairs.
5. Select the key, and open the door.
6. Put the film roll onto the projector.
7. Plug the cable into the socket for the projector.
8. Click on the chair to collect it.
9. Examine the cinema tickets on the table to get the three digit code to open the red box. not got it yet? Mmm, I have to say, I needed my reading glasses... all the numbers are 073797, apart from one which is 073116 (yes, the ones and the sevens look the same to me, too.)
10. Subtract the smaller number from the greater, and bingo!
11. Plug in your code to open the red chest, and grab the crowbar and screwdriver.
12. Use the crowbar to open the gray cabinet.
13. Put the film roll hidden inside onto the projector.
14. Now you need to go into the cinema again and navigate your way to the door under the five lights nearest the big screen. Click on that door for a close up shot, then select the chair, and put it next to the door.
15. Use the screwdriver to remove the cover of the left hand light.
16. Take the bulb out of the light fitting.
17. Now go back up the stairs to the projectionist's office. Put the bulb onto the projector and it starts whirring.
18. Whizz back downstairs and take a look at the big screen to see your exit door appear - - click... and you're out!
